Restorative Yoga
Gentle, supported practices that create space for stillness, rest and recovery.
The philosophy, foundations, and values that shape the way I work.
I don't believe health needs to be complicated. I believe in creating space to listen to your body, understanding what influences the way you feel, and finding practices that support you in real life. My work sits at the intersection of health, yoga, nervous system education and recovery. I combine evidence-informed health coaching with restorative practices to help women feel more connected, supported and at home in themselves. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Your body, your circumstances and your capacity are unique. My role is to offer guidance, education and a safe, supportive space for you to explore what works for you.
The principles that guide everything I teach
Rest isn't something you earn after doing enough. It's a biological need โ and a practice in its own right.
Lasting change rarely comes from extremes. It grows in the quiet, consistent moments of everyday care.
Your body is constantly communicating. Learning to listen can change the way you care for yourself.
My role is to support and guide โ never to tell you what your body should be.
The traditions, research and practices that shape my approach
Gentle, supported practices that create space for stillness, rest and recovery.
Helping you understand your body's responses to stress and develop practical tools that support regulation and recovery.
Drawing from traditional yoga alongside contemporary understanding of breathing, stress and nervous-system regulation.
Exploring nutrition, lifestyle and health principles in a practical and sustainable way.
Creating spaces grounded in choice, autonomy, compassion and respect for individual needs and boundaries.
Circadian biology, seasonal living and time outdoors โ reconnecting with the natural rhythms our bodies remember.
For a long time, I thought health was something I needed to work harder at.
Exercise harder. Eat better. Be more disciplined. Push through.
But over time, I began to realise that health isn't always about doing more. Sometimes, it's about learning when to soften, slow down and listen.
My own health journey changed the way I understand stress, recovery, nutrition, movement and the nervous system.
It taught me that the body isn't something we need to constantly fight against. It is something we can learn to listen to.
Today, I help women create space to slow down, reconnect with their bodies and build healthier foundations for wellbeing.
My approach is grounded in health coaching, yoga, nervous system education, evidence-informed health and nutrition, and the restorative practices that have become such an important part of my own life.
You are not something that needs fixing.
You deserve space to rest, recover and reconnect.
If something here resonates, I'd love to meet you where you are.
